二、用户注册

1. 注册资格

- 您须年满18周岁且具有完全民事行为能力

- 您提供的注册信息必须真实、准确、完整

- 每位用户仅可注册一个账户，不得冒用他人身份

2. 账户安全

- 您有责任妥善保管账户密码

- 因您个人原因导致的账户泄露，由您自行承担相关损失

- 如发现账户被盗用，请立即联系客服

3. 账户注销

- 您可申请注销账户，注销后相关数据将按法律规定处理

- 存在未完成交易的账户暂不支持注销

三、交易规则

1. 发布规则

- 发布的域名必须为您合法持有或有权处置

- 域名信息必须真实准确，不得发布虚假信息

- 禁止发布侵犯他人权益的域名

2. 竞价规则

- 竞价一经出价不得撤回

- 竞价成功后须在规定时间内完成付款

- 恶意竞价将被取消资格并承担相应责任

3. 交易履行

- 买卖双方应按约定履行交易义务

- 卖方应在收到款项后及时配合完成域名过户

- 买方应在约定时间内完成付款

四、资金安全

1. 资金托管

- 交易资金由平台托管，保障买卖双方权益

- 域名过户完成后，款项将支付给卖方

- 交易取消或失败，款项将退还给买方

2. 支付方式

- 支持平台认可的支付方式

- 大额交易建议使用对公账户

五、费用说明

1. 服务费用

- 平台有权收取一定比例的交易服务费

- 具体费率以平台公示为准

- 特殊活动期间可能享有优惠费率

2. 费用结算

- 交易成功后自动扣除相应费用

- 费用发票可联系客服开具

六、用户行为规范

1. 禁止行为

- 发布违法违规信息

- 恶意干扰平台正常运营

- 侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益

- 从事欺诈、虚假交易等行为

- 利用平台从事洗钱等非法活动

2. 违规处理

- 平台有权对违规行为进行警告、限制功能、封禁账户等处理

九、条款修改

平台有权根据法律法规变化或业务需要修改本条款，修改后的条款将在平台公布。您继续使用本平台服务即视为同意修改后的条款。

十、争议解决

1. 本条款的解释和执行均适用中华人民共和国法律。

2. 因本条款或使用本平台服务产生的争议，双方应首先协商解决；协商不成的，可向平台所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to use the Yipai Domain Trading Platform. Before using the services of this platform, please carefully read the following terms of service. Once you register, log in or use the services of this platform, it means that you fully understand and agree to accept all the contents of these terms.

1、 Service Content

Yipai provides users with the following domain trading related services:

1. Domain Display and Promotion

-Domain name information release and display

-Domain name classification management and filtering

-Domain Search and Recommendation

2. Domain trading services

-Fixed price trading

-Domain Auction

-Intention registration and matchmaking

-Brokerage services

3. Value added services

-Domain Name Transfer Assistance

-Custody of trading funds

-Domain Valuation Consulting

2、 User Registration

1. Registration Qualification

-You must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct

-The registration information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete

-Each user can only register one account and is not allowed to impersonate someone else's identity

2. Account security

-You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and secure

-Any account leakage caused by your personal reasons shall be borne by you

-If you find that your account has been hacked, please contact customer service immediately

3. Account cancellation

-You can apply to cancel your account, and the relevant data will be processed according to legal regulations after cancellation

-Accounts with incomplete transactions are currently not supported for cancellation

3、 Trading Rules

1. Release rules

-The domain name published must be legally owned or disposed of by you

-Domain name information must be truthful and accurate, and false information must not be published

-Prohibit the publication of domain names that infringe upon the rights and interests of others

2. Bidding rules

-Once a bid is made, it cannot be withdrawn

-After successful bidding, payment must be completed within the specified time

-Malicious bidding will result in disqualification and corresponding liability

3. Transaction fulfillment

-Both the buyer and seller shall fulfill their transaction obligations as agreed

-The seller shall promptly cooperate to complete the domain name transfer upon receipt of payment

-The buyer shall complete the payment within the agreed time

4、 Financial security

1. Fund custody

-The transaction funds are managed by the platform to safeguard the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers

-After the domain name transfer is completed, the payment will be made to the seller

-If the transaction is cancelled or fails, the payment will be refunded to the buyer

2. Payment method

-Support payment methods recognized by the platform

-Suggest using a corporate account for large transactions

5、 Cost Description

1. Service fees

-The platform has the right to charge a certain percentage of transaction service fees

-The specific rate shall be subject to the platform's public announcement

-Discounted rates may be available during special events

2. Cost settlement

-Automatically deduct corresponding fees after successful transaction

-Expense invoices can be issued by contacting customer service

6、 User behavior norms

1. Prohibited behavior

-Posting illegal and irregular information

-Malicious interference with the normal operation of the platform

-Infringement of intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests of others

-Engaging in fraudulent and false transactions

-Engaging in illegal activities such as money laundering through the platform

2. Violation handling

7、 Intellectual Property

8、 Disclaimer

9、 Clause modification

The platform has the right to modify these terms according to changes in laws and regulations or business needs, and the modified terms will be published on the platform. By continuing to use the services of this platform, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified terms.

10、 Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and implementation of this clause shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
